Range summary

BSB GEL series adopt 3D thick plate, imported high quality PVC separators and advanced nano Gel technology. GEL series has long float life(12+ years) and super deep cycling performance under harsh environment. This series is highly suited to telecom outdoor applications, renewable energy systems and other harsh environment applications with high temperature and frequent power failure.

CONSTRUCTION

• Positive plate : Thick high Sn low Ca 3D flat pasted plate
• Negative plate : Balanced Pb-Ca grid and AM with Supper-C addtives
• Separator : Imported Amer-sil PVC separator for Gel battery
• Electrolyte : nano GEL electrolyte
• Battery container and cover : ABS for higher temperature
• Pillar seal : 100% factory tested, proven two layers epoxy resin seal
• Relief valve : Complete with integrated flame arrestor

CHARGING VOLTAGE AND SETTING

• Constant voltage charging is recommended
• Recommended float charge voltage: 2.25Vpc @ 20~25°C
• Float voltage temperature compensation: -3mV/°C/cell
• Float voltage range: 2.25 to 2.28 Vpc @ 20~25°C
• Cyclic application charge voltage : 2.35 to 2.40Vpc @ 20~25°C
• Max. charge current allowable : 0.25C10A
